With training in evidence-based techniques, Maria's goal is to assist clients in achieving optimal mental health.

Maria combines psychometric expertise, a robust skill set rooted in Psychology, and international teaching experience with children and teens. 

Her successful internship at a local High School provided invaluable insights into the local school setting and learners' needs. 

Maria contributed as a Group Facilitator for a UCT research project, leading workshops tailored to adolescents dealing with anxiety and depression.
